According to Busargin, 30 rivers opened in 24 districts of the region. وسُجِّل فيضان أربعة سدود كبيرة في مقاطعتي ديرغاكيفسكي وبلاكوفسكي. في قرى فوستوشيني و كليمن و سلافين في مقاطعة ديرجاتكيفسكي نقل و تسليم المواد الأساسية يتم بشكل مؤقت بواسطة معدات خاصة ووفقاً للتنبؤات، فإن ما يصل إلى 14 ألف شخص يمكنهم الدخول إلى منطقة الفيضانات أثناء الفيضانات في منطقة ساراتوف خلال الفيضانات.
