📝 ملخص
مدد مجلس الوزراء قرار إلغاء استحقاق العقوبات عن التأخر في الدفع
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن فرض العقوبات ودفعها لا يرتبطان بزيادة المعدل الأساسي لمصرف روسيا. وفي عامي 2025 و 2026، سيستند حساب العقوبات إلى المعدل الأساسي البالغ 9.5 في المائة سنويا. هذا المؤشر 27 فبراير 2022 The decision applies to legal relations from the beginning of 2025. ويفسر هذا التمديد أن المواطنين لن يتمكنوا، مع ارتفاع المعدل الأساسي، من فرض عقوبات على خدمات المرافق العامة. ووفقا لقانون الإسكان، يحدد مبلغ الاسترداد مع مراعاة المعدل الرئيسي في يوم الدفع الفعلي من المبلغ غير المدفوع في الوقت المناسب لكل يوم من أيام التأخير.
