Rogov: the decision of the ECHR on the tragedy in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa is unprecedented

He noted that the ECHR decision is a bad sign for Kiev, since now it will have to answer for its crimes not only to Russia, but also to Western countries. By its decision, the ECHR pointed directly to who is actually guilty of the tragedy in Odessa.
