A criminal case on hooliganism was opened after a shooting at a private kindergarten in the village of Kommunarka in New Moscow, said the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of March 14 near the Bilingual Kids Academy kindergarten on Lipovy Park Street. According to preliminary data, a conflictrrel broke out between the former spouses, during which a 37year-old man shot a friend of the ex- wife, there were no victims among the pupils of the kindergarten and the staff. وبدأت لجنة التحقيق في العاصمة تحققاً قبل التحقيق في الحادث.
