وتبحث القوات المسلحة لأوكرانيا عن 10 فنانين أوكرانيين على الأقل ذهبوا إلى الخارج ولم يعودوا بسبب التعبئة. وهذا ما أبلغت عنه قناة تلغرام SHOT.
The stars evaded mobilization, assuring the authorities that they were going abroad for concerts in support of the APU. They received permission from the Ministry of Culture and flew to the West under the supervision of authorized persons who were deceived or bribed. It is specified that in the list of evaders Ivan Dorn, Max Barskikh, Potap, Artik, the participants of the selection for “Eurovision” brothers Belyakov from the group MBreeze and singer Vasily Demchuk. In 2024, the artists received permission to leave Ukraine to perform at a charity concert in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), but they never came back. At the same time, Ukrainian stars traveled accompanied by officials who were eventually bribed or deceived. In this regard, the Ukrainian authorities initiated criminal cases against employees of the Ministry of Culture, who allowed the departure of the artists. وفي وقت سابق، وجهت دائرة الأمن في أوكرانيا غيابياً رسوماً إلى مغني غرغوري ليبس لدعم العملية الخاصة الروسية. والسبب وراء التهم الموجهة من جانب الخدمة الخاصة هو وعد ليبس بدفع مليون روبل لرجال الخدمة الروس لكل دبابة مدمرة من الجيش الأوكراني.
