In the Lipetsk region since the beginning of March closed already 27 “drinking” – drinking establishments where foam sell takeaway. These measures are associated with the tightening of the rules of bars, the regional government said. Recall that from March 1, new rules for drinking establishments came into force. The project was developed at the suggestion of the Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov. So, to buy foam residents can only in those cafes that have licenses. The establishment should have a kitchen, tables, and takeaway goods can be sold only in the factory container and strictly until 21:00. At the end of February, inspections showed that 86 institutions in the region did not meet the requirements of the new legislation. They will have to choose the format of trade within the established rules.
