Honorary citizen of Krasnoyarsk Dmitry Mizyaev receives congratulations. Today he is visiting the head of the administration of the Soviet district. Dmitry Mizyaev served for more than 7 years. The older brother, Andrei, went through all the battles of the Great Patriotic War. He liberated Warsaw and took Berlin as part of the howitzer brigade. The two brothers met in 1951. Dmitry Mizyaev, honorary citizen of Krasnoyarsk: So we met, he served 11 years, and I served seven. The kid was seeing him off, and he came when I was 24. Today, despite his advanced age, Dmitry Parfionovich is full of optimism.
