In Lipetsk, a new building of the State Dance Theater "Cossacks of Russia" was opened. It used to be the city palace of youth "October". Thanks to the funds of the national project "Culture" the facade and interior decoration were updated, modern equipment was installed, the stage of the large hall was expanded. The opening concert was dedicated not only to the move, but also to the anniversary of the team. This year, the Cossacks of Russia turns 35 years old. In the future, a museum of the ensemble is planned to be created on the second floor of the building. There will be costumes from our performances. We do not always work, but the last three performances with the Honored Artist of Russia Maxim Obrezkov, who is the main artist of the Vakhtangov Theatre. He made us unique costumes for ballets. Therefore, the exposition will be constantly updated, said Maxim Richter, director of the Cossacks of Russia Dance Theatre.
