33-year-old woman owes more than 1.8 million rubles alimony for the maintenance of three children. A criminal case was opened against her under the article “Non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children”. According to the inquest, in accordance with the court decision from deprived of parental rights of a rural woman from 2021 recover funds for the maintenance of three minor children. The woman has already been prosecuted for non-payment of alimony, but did not draw proper conclusions for herself and continued without good reason to evade financial support for children, the statement said. The case was transferred to the Bakcharsky District Court. Earlier, we talked about how Tomsk did not pay alimony and accumulated a debt of 350 thousand rubles, a criminal case was opened against her. To avoid the accumulation of new debts, the woman found a job and began to transfer monthly alimony in the amount of a quarter of her income.
