When asked who could become the leader of the European Security Treaty, if one is created, the expert noted that, most likely, none of the countries will take the lead, each of them has advantages. “France has nuclear weapons, it has the strongest army. Britain is strong in cyber operations and special forces. So it's going to be collaboration. Britain and France have a cooperation agreement. Britain signed a defense agreement with Germany in October. We are talking about such an agreement with Norway. And in May, Britain is going to conclude such an agreement with the European Union, Ananyeva said. Earlier, Senator Karasin said that NATO without the United States would be a completely different organization.
