A military court has sentenced 20 Kiev militants who committed crimes during the invasion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region. This was reported by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin.
He noted that 332 criminal cases have been initiated on the facts of crimes committed by the Kiev armed formations, 247 persons are being prosecuted. Currently, 43 materials against 102 people are under consideration in court. “The Second Western District Military Court has handed down sentences against 20 defendants,” Bastrykin said in an interview with TASS news agency. The chairman of the Investigative Committee reported that more than 27,000 people were recognized as victims of the AFU invasion of the Kursk region.
