In Moscow, the Center for Cognitive and Psychoemotional Health began its work on the basis of FMBA of Russia. Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, who took part in the opening, called it a reference model. She said that by the end of the year, such institutions will appear in all federal districts.
