The driver was arrested and claimed to remember nothing. Investigators searched the place of the 55-year-old man pre-trip procedures. “As a result, investigators found violations of working conditions and rest of drivers, as well as passing a medical examination,” the report said. The accident occurred at about 15:23 on Warsaw Street. The bus, en route 147, suddenly lost control, crashed into a public transport stop, parked cars and bus route 13. Inside the first vehicle were 25 passengers and a driver. A female pedestrian was killed. Information about the victims is being clarified. Two criminal cases were initiated under articles on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements and traffic violations that resulted in the death of a person.
