When high-rise buildings are built, our details are laid down in the project everywhere, says the head of production Artem Nosov. With the advent of new orders, the staff has expanded. And while workers can be counted on the fingers of one hand, productivity is high. The masters admit they had to learn a lot in the process. “This is where I started my studies. I learned how to assemble ventilation here, explains the assembler Evgeny Vasiliev. It is possible to timely update and purchase the necessary equipment. The machines are mainly Chinese-made. However, many cars had to be upgraded on their own. “We have three metal unwinders. Here's a galvanized sheet of different thicknesses. The three things we do are often used. We fill it in the machine of automatic bending of ducts and get a rectangular duct of the section we need at the exit, the assembler says.
