It is a festival that will grow bigger and bigger every year. And I am very glad that here, where it is cold, people will be very warm, said Kusturica. Feature of the festival is a direct dialogue with film experts. Pictures of the participants are shown on a large screen in a full hall, among the audience are experienced directors, actors and critics. According to the program "Film in Work", where the participants show the jury not yet completed projects, the prize was increased to a million rubles. "This is an opportunity today for beginners, not only already established producers, directors, but also those who are still in the process of creating cinematic art, to find support from our festival "Spirit of Fire", - said the Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk-Yugra Ruslan Kuharuk. The festival helps to honor the history of the peoples of Russia. For the contestants there is a special nomination "For the preservation of cultural traditions". The winner will receive this award from Gazprom Neft.
