On the eve of the summer holiday season, together with colleagues from relevant agencies, we are strengthening measures to ensure the environmental safety of our coast. An inspection of the seabed by divers has been organized, no traces of oil products have been found, said the mayor of the resort Andrey Prosbynin. In addition, experts examine the coastline every day. Tenants of beaches must receive permits from Rospotrebnadzor and submit applications-declarations to the GIMS of the EMERCOM of Russia by May 1. Planned inspections of the beaches before the summer season will begin on April 14. Rospotrebnadzor will also check the quality of sea water. At least six thousand samples will be taken during the summer. Traditionally, the swimming season starts at the resort on June 1. But the main beaches will be ready until May 1.
