Drive. Belgorod - Day in History: February 18
On February 18, 1982, the Cosmos Sports Palace opened its doors in Belgorod. A unique facility with the largest hall in the city for 2 thousand seats and an ice arena. The guest of honor at the opening was the first secretary of the Belgorod regional committee of the CPSU Mikhail Trunov. It was he who had the idea of creating a sports complex.
