Some do not have documents with them, others do not have a stamp on military duty in their passport. By the way, both of them eventually pass the test. However, there were no violations. Serob Petrosyan is a father of many children. Three years ago he moved from Armenia to Russia. I got a passport here, but I never got up for military registration. Says he didn't know anything about it. “When I received my passport in 2022, no one warned me that it was necessary to go to military registration,” Petrosyan said. According to the law “On military duty and military service”, citizens must appear in the military enlistment office for registration within two weeks. Such preventive raids, experts say, are carried out regularly in our region. “Requests are received from citizens, complaints are received that there are congestion of foreign citizens in certain places. We're going there. The most frequent violations of foreign citizens are work without permits, that is, without a patent for a work permit, as well as failure to register it for migration. Every foreign citizen should register, but not everyone does it, says the inspector of the migration control department of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Volgograd region Vladimir Sidorov. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Regardie, military investigative bodies – representatives of various departments were involved in the raid. “During the raid, 42 citizens were checked in the Krasnooktyabrsky and Traktorozavodsky districts of Volgograd. Three persons have been identified who have not been registered with the military, says Maxim Shvetsov, a forensic investigator of the Russian military investigative committee for the Volgograd garrison. The offenders were taken to the military commissariat for registration. According to experts, such raids will be carried out further, reports GTRK Volgograd-TRV.
