Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting in the Kremlin with the Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Mahonin.
As Makhonin noted, the region is working to achieve demographic goals. So, every third child in the Perm region is born in a large family. 140,000 families receive social support. In addition, the population is actively resettled from emergency homes. Over the past year, more than 1.7 million square meters of housing were built, the head of the region noted. The regional authorities also provide support to combat veterans and their families. So, about 400 families of participants of the special operation in Ukraine were able to use the family capital. As Makhonin specified, the region is actively preparing for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. 190 events are planned, including the Victory Train, the governor said. The Perm region is also actively working on the development of six investment projects in the field of potash and magnesium salts. Earlier it became known that during the implementation of the national project "Health" in the Kama region decreased mortality from strokes and heart attacks by 30%, from neoplasms - by 10%, from diseases of the cardiovascular system - by 20%.
