The head of Karachay-Cherkessia, members of the regional government, deputies, heads of law enforcement agencies, emergency response services laid flowers at the memorial complex on the Alley of Heroes. “We are all immensely grateful to them for their courage, fortitude and military feats, the memory of which we will bear for decades to come.
