Hollywood producer Max Barber finds himself in a difficult situation. He owes a large sum of money to Mafia boss Reggie Fontaine and must find a way out of this situation. Max decides that the only way to escape is to fake the death of his film star, Duke Montana, in order to receive the insurance payment. However, as is often the case in life, things do not go according to plan. Killing the main character is not so easy, and as a result, the film turns into a real blockbuster with many dangerous explosions and dizzying tricks.
