In the city of Belorechensk, Krasnodar Territory, an apartment building that partially collapsed as a result of a gas cylinder explosion is subject to restoration.

This was announced by the head of the Belorechensky municipal district Sergey Sidorenko in his Telegram channel. According to Sidorenko, on March 6, specialists from Yeisk, which has the relevant experience, will come to Belorechensk to conduct their own examination of the damaged building. After that, an agreement will be concluded with the organization rebuilding the house after the plane crash. It is also planned to compile estimates for dismantling and installation and restoration work. On March 6, residents of the affected house will be given the opportunity to enter their apartments to take everything they need. Earlier, media reported about a gas explosion in a five-storey residential building on Krasnaya Street in Belorechensk, in which three people were injured. Two of them were taken to hospital. One of the victims was diagnosed with severe burns. Eight apartments were damaged in the incident. 54 people were evacuated from the damaged building, including 12 children. There are currently 25 people in the temporary accommodation facility. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Provision of services that do not meet security requirements”).
