According to the investigation, on February 23, the suspect planted an explosive device at the entrance door of a residential building where his ex-38-year-old wife lived. When the woman came out of the entrance, there was an explosion. As a result, the victim with multiple injuries was hospitalized. The UK noted that a few days before the incident, the man laid another explosive device on the stairwell to mislead law enforcement officers. A criminal case was opened on attempted murder in a generally dangerous way and illegal trafficking in explosive devices. In the near future, the defendant will be charged, the issue of his arrest is being decided.
