The government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug decided to allocate 32 million rubles from the budget to help young families in purchasing housing. Housing certificates can be used not only to purchase, but also to repay the current mortgage, the government said.

The government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug decided to allocate 32 million rubles from the budget to help young families in purchasing housing. Housing certificates can be used not only to purchase, but also to repay the current mortgage, the government said.
The amount of each certificate will be calculated based on the size of the family and the average cost per square meter in the real estate market of Chukotka. "This year, about 32 million rubles are provided for these purposes," the executive body told TASS. As part of the support programme, more than 60 families under 35 years of age have improved their living conditions in recent years.
