12 organizers of the underground casino from the Lipetsk, Vladimir and Ryazan regions will appear before the court. Members of the criminal group were charged with part 3 of Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code. According to the investigation, everything was run by a 34-year-old Ryazan. He opened four illegal gambling establishments in Lipetsk, Kovrov, Ryazan and Gus-Khrustalny. The man picked up the staff, distributed the roles and came up with a way of conspiracy. Accomplices were hired as operators, administrators and technicians who provided gambling computers to customers. At the same time, the network disguised itself as gaming clubs. To do this, the organizer produced lease agreements on behalf of “one-day firms”. The illegal business lasted 6.5 years - from March 2017 to December 1, 2023, until it was covered by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB from three regions. And the income from it exceeded 66 million rubles. The court seized property, cars and money of the defendants in the amount of more than 10 million rubles, including Jeep Grand Cherokee worth 7 million rubles.
