The incident was reported by the press service of the Adler detachment "Kuban-SPAS". It is noted that the incident occurred on the afternoon of March 5. An elderly man tried to cross the river Mzymta ford through a rollover, but could not cope with the current. The water knocked the pensioner off his feet and carried him down the river. Rescuers of the Kuban-SPAS group rushed to help the man. He was found half an hour later in a remote place on the right bank of the river. Rescuers got the victim with the help of climbing equipment. Doctors did not need the pensioner’s help.
