In Thailand detained a member of a large organized crime group in Krasnoyarsk, who was on the international wanted list for two years. He will soon be extradited to Russia.
With a request for the extradition of Zakhar Mednikov to the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Thailand appealed to the Russian Prosecutor’s office. According to the investigation, on February 2, 2023, Mednikov, together with his accomplices, beat two visitors to the Krasnoyarsk fitness club and fled. The man is accused of hooliganism committed by a group of persons, using violence and objects used as weapons, the supervisory authority said. Accompanied by employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation and Interpol, the accused will be taken to Moscow.
