When violations are detected, we issue orders for elimination. In case of non-fulfillment, we draw up a protocol on an administrative offense, which is submitted for consideration to the administrative commission, said Andrei Kolesnikov, deputy head of the building control and land use department of the Kirov district administration. Earlier, we told that new prohibitive signs were installed in Tomsk in the Kirov district. The district administration has installed new signs to facilitate snow removal and improve access.
