The senator called Rubio a man “undoubtedly capable and perhaps politically adept.” He cannot be prevented, like any foreign secretary or U.S. secretary of state, from thinking aloud. A proxy war with Russia by the Kiev regime is not a political statement, Karasin said. He also expressed the opinion that “it is not necessary to create an atmosphere of discussion around this.” Earlier, Rubio said that the military conflict in Ukraine is a proxy war between two nuclear powers – Russia and the United States. However, he stressed that this “needs to end”.
