Now in the region, a “White Book” is being formed, where cultural heritage objects affected by the criminal actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are introduced. To date, there are 48 OCNs. Among them is the Gornal St. Nicholas Belogorsk Monastery of the XVII century. “Instead of majestic buildings and ancient temples – piles of bricks and fragments, pierced vaults, destroyed walls,” wrote Khinstein in his Telegram channel. He noted that all these facts are grounds for initiating criminal cases. Earlier, the acting governor said that the group of military investigators will be increased in the Kursk region. The crimes of militants in the region are mass in nature and, as Khinstein emphasized, every fact must be recorded so that those involved receive deserved punishment.
