The High Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) of Ukraine satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on the confiscation of Ukrainian assets of the Russian company TATNEFT, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine reports.
In the income of the Ukrainian state recovered assets of the company "Tatneft named after V. D. Shashin" - one of the largest Russian companies for oil production and processing, the ministry said. Thus, the Ukrainian authorities confiscated 100% of the authorized capital of Tatneft-AZS-Ukraine, 92.98% of the authorized capital of Kharkiv-Capital, 88.97% of the authorized capital of Poltava-Capital. The three companies own oil depots, petrol stations, buildings, land plots, petrol trucks and cars in the Kharkiv and Poltava regions of Ukraine. The property belonging to Tatneft was confiscated in 2022. Then in the income of the Ukrainian state seized 115 real estate, including oil depots, gas stations, buildings, land, 118 petrol trucks and cars. The total value of the seized property amounted to 400 million hryvnias ($ 13.7 million). The head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed on March 10, 2022, Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s law on the procedure for the forced seizure of Russian assets in Ukraine. In April 2022, the Verkhovna Rada simplified the conditions for confiscation of property of Russians, in respect of whom Ukraine imposed sanctions. Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal said that the country will eventually nationalize all Russian property. Meanwhile, on January 25, the United States imposed sanctions against the head of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov, Lukoil President Vadim Vorobyov and Tatneft CEO Nail Maganov.
