Krasnodar region took the second position of the rating after the Moscow region. On average, according to experts of the real estate market, one resident of Kuban accounts for 32 square meters of housing.
At the end of last year, almost 7 million square meters of housing were introduced in the Krasnodar Territory. About 4 million of them are private homes, and about 3 million are apartment buildings. But the main task is not quantity, but quality. In parallel, they build the necessary communication for a comfortable life. Near residential buildings necessarily build and social facilities - kindergartens, schools, sports grounds. Last year, 59 school and preschool institutions, gymnasiums and medical complexes appeared in the region. Developers are forced to compete with each other, increasing the level of infrastructure development: large and modern playgrounds, smart technologies, interesting design – often this is not only a “business class”, but also standard solutions for residential complexes. In 2025, the region plans to pass about six million square meters of housing.
