In New Moscow recorded the first in Russia case of extortion using an unmanned aerial vehicle with a simulated improvised explosive device (IED). This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
The incident occurred in the Marushkin settlement. The quadcopter hovered over a private house and dropped a note along with a dummy explosive. According to the channel, the note said that the son of the head of the family received an order, the execution of which promised a monetary reward. However, it can be canceled by sending bitcoin to the specified crypto wallet (the rate for 13.03 is about 7 million rubles). - Ed. The man did not send money to the scammers. His son is currently outside Russia.
