Matcapital to buy a house residents of Lipetsk can spend after evaluation

To direct maternity capital to buy a house, residents of the Lipetsk region can now only after assessing its condition. Such changes in the federal law came into force this year. Residents of the Lipetsk region, who with the help of matkapital are going to buy or reconstruct a house, need to provide a conclusion about its condition. The document should indicate that the room is recognized as suitable for living. The assessment is carried out by interdepartmental commissions. They include representatives of the housing inspectorate, Rospotrebnadzor and other departments. They assess the technical condition of building structures, the possibility of evacuation in an emergency situation and other characteristics. Residents of the region can receive a positive conclusion in the district administration. I would like to note that after that, the holder of the certificate has the right to apply for the disposal of the funds of the capital in the branches of the Russian Social Fund in the Lipetsk region, through the portal of the State Service or the MFC. The term of validity of the issued conclusion is 1 year from the date of its registration. Maternity capital to improve housing conditions is the most popular direction. Over the past 10 years, more than 57 thousand Lipetsk families used state support to buy an apartment, a house or for its construction and reconstruction. At the same time, new amendments to the law should exclude the use of matcapital on premises that are uninhabitable, and will contribute to the purposeful spending of funds. Let me remind you of the amount of state support. Since February, the amount has been indexed. Now it is 690 thousand rubles for the first child. On the second, if the family has not yet issued a certificate – 912 thousand. There are innovations that simplify the direction of funds for the purchase of housing. In the application for public services, you no longer need to manually enter real estate data, since the service of the Social Fund on the portal is now integrated with the services of Rosreestr, from where all the necessary information is automatically pulled up. Autofilling information about residential properties helps to avoid errors in the application and not to receive a refusal for formal reasons. The branch of the Social Fund in the Lipetsk region also interacts with 12 banks in the region, where you can simultaneously apply for the use of maternity capital. Thus, parents are relieved of the obligation to independently submit documents to the Social Fund Department. And let me remind you: after purchasing housing with the use of maternity capital, it is necessary to issue an agreement on the allocation of shares to each family member. If the owners of the certificate decide to allocate shares through a gift agreement, then it is worth paying attention that from this year the gift must be certified by a notary.
