Moscow Union of Artists presents the exhibition "On paper"

"On paper." The Moscow Union of Artists presents graphic works of famous painters. The fact that paper is able to give unlimited opportunities for self-expression, Elena Voroshilova was convinced. Usually, works on paper remain outside the doors of artists’ workshops, who prefer to show their finished canvases. But this time it's different. Artists share some of their findings, some of the material they don’t show at big exhibitions, and it’s a kind of study. To see what the other is doing in the workshop, says Viktor Glukhov, Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Union of Artists, People’s Artist of Russia. In the exposition sketches, sketches, drawings are what the picture is born from. Almost a hundred jobs. These are the works of departed artists: watercolors by Maxim Shkilko of the 45th year, scenes of rural life by Viktor Rusanov, pastels by Kerop Soghomonyan. It's a memory that's still on paper.
