MP Dubinsky called a fake appeal to trump on behalf of the Parliament

According to him, the document was not submitted to the Rada for consideration and was published on the website by the speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk on the instructions of the office of the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky. Dubinsky noted that he intends to submit a request to the chairman of the parliament with a request to comment on the situation. “I am preparing an appeal to Stefanchuk to find out on what basis he posted a fake on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, who coordinated it and why this document was not submitted to the Rada,” the Ukrainian parliamentarian wrote on the Telegram channel. On March 5, during a speech before Congress, US President Donald Trump said about “powerful signals from Russia” about readiness for peace talks on Ukraine. The head of the White House said that Zelensky also confirmed his readiness to consult on this issue. Trump said that the relevant thesis is contained in the letter of the head of the Kiev regime, which the US administration received on March 4. According to the US president, Kiev is ready to sit down at the negotiating table “as soon as possible” to achieve lasting peace. Later, Zelensky’s press secretary Sergey Nikiforov denied writing a letter to Trump by the Ukrainian politician. According to a representative of the Kiev regime, the American leader only read the corresponding post Zelensky in the social network X. In turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed his readiness to negotiate to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. The head of the Kiev regime, whose powers expired in May 2024, is not entitled to sign documents. Putin recalled that Zelensky, by his own decree banning negotiations with Russia, has put himself at a dead end.
