In the Lipetsk region, a 44-year-old rowdy from Lebedyan will be convicted for attacking a police officer. The man was charged with part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code - for the use of populating against a representative of the authorities. According to investigators, a drunk man came to one of the stores Lebedyan and began to behave aggressively, scaring the sellers. The supermarket staff called the police to pacify the bully. Arriving law enforcement officers decided to take the brawler to the department, to which the man punched in the head of one of the policemen. As a result, the criminal case was transferred to court. For drunken brawl, a man faces up to 5 years in prison.
