In Russia started voting for the choice of the most recognizable and attractive city in the country in 2025.
Anyone can take part in the contest “City of Russia – a national choice”. From major administrative centers, Russians will have to choose a city with a unique historical and cultural heritage using online voting. The project website contains unique photos and descriptions of the most famous sights and monuments of Russian architecture. As of March 4, Kursk is in the lead, Nalchik is in second place. Orenburg closes the three - more than 18 thousand votes have already been cast for it. You can vote on the project’s website – https:///city-Russia.rf/orenburg. The results of the vote will be announced on December 31, 2025.
