The telephone conversation took place on Friday at the initiative of the Armenian side. “The Prime Minister of Armenia confirmed that he accepts the invitation of the President of Russia,” the statement said. Pashinyan will take part in the anniversary celebrations in Moscow on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Earlier it became known that the celebration of May 9 in Moscow invited Chinese President Xi Jinping, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and other foreign leaders. Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov noted that Putin will be glad to see all foreign guests who are ready to share with Russia the memory of the Great Victory.
