According to the Commissioner of the project NEMOSKVA, Director for Regional Development of NCCA-ROSIZO. NEMOSKVA was initiated in 2017 as a strategic project for the development of modern culture in Russian regions for the period from 2018 to 2022. Its goal is to develop horizontal ties, promote regional artists and curators, explore the current situation on the ground through professional dialogue, and create new opportunities for international cooperation. The State Museum and Exhibition Center "ROSIZO" aims to combine the experience of cultural development in the cities of Russia accumulated by the regional branches of NCCA and to present on the Russian and foreign cultural scene the current image of contemporary art of the regions of Russia. International Travel Symposium NEMOSKVA. During the Symposium, experts will select ideas for exhibition projects in 2019-2022. NEMOSKVA exhibitions will be organized in the BOZAR Center for Fine Arts (Brussels), in Moscow, in the regions of Russia, in the CIS and BRICS countries.
