The position of a judge is absolutely rightly considered the pinnacle of the legal career of any specialist, the head of state stressed. After all, not everyone can do it, because the vocation of judges is based on law and law to seek, find and assert justice, serve society, citizens and the state, be impartial arbiters, make extremely responsible decisions, on which the fate of people, work and small and strategically important enterprises throughout the country depend. This is a difficult, stressful and very responsible work, the Russian president said. The burden on judges is growing, Putin added: more than 42 million cases were considered in all types of proceedings, and almost everywhere high-quality resolution of court cases in a reasonable time was ensured. In April last year, the President instructed the new Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Irina Podnosova to deal with the high workload of courts.
