Acting Governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar reported on the reflection of air defense forces attack drones near the city of Novoshakhtinsk.
“According to preliminary information, there are no casualties and destruction on the ground,” he wrote in his Telegram channel. The Russian Defense Ministry, for its part, clarified that the Ukrainian drone was destroyed over the territory of the Rostov region about 20:00 Moscow time on March 3 by air defense systems on duty. The previous drone attack on Novoshakhtinsk was launched on the night of March 1. Then the governor also reported the absence of casualties and destruction. Novoshakhtinsk is located in the west of the Rostov region, on the border with the Luhansk People's Republic.
