TASS got acquainted with the materials of the development of scientists from Novosibirsk State University. In the new cartridge, specialists have improved the threads that bind the striking elements, making them thinner and longer. The length of such a wire or thread can reach from three to fifteen meters. Upon contact with the device, the binder element is stretched to the maximum length and wound on the blades, immobilizing the UAV. Another important feature of the invention was the use of shots of different weights and sizes, as well as the addition of aerodynamic inserts inside the cartridge.
