The head of the republic met with an initiative group representing the interests of victims of fraudulent actions of a woman who worked as a credit representative of the bank in the Vladikavkaz motor show. According to Sergey Menyailo, an agreement has already been reached with one of the credit institutions that no funds will be collected from the victims. They will deal with the employee and her machinations. With other banks, the issue will be resolved in a similar way. “For those who have documents certifying the transfer of suspected money, a special procedure will be established. In accordance with this procedure, people will be able to come to the bank and present payment documents. If the borrower has fully paid off the loan, then the bank will have no claims to it, the funds will be collected from those who committed criminal acts. The rest will count the already paid part, and they will continue to repay their obligations until the end, the head of the republic explained. The purchased cars will not be taken from people, the head of the republic assured. But during the investigation, the cars will be considered evidence, and they can not be sold or carry out other transactions with them.
