Last February a couple of times gave reason to residents of the region to warm up properly or not to leave the house at all. Frost and windy - this is how Krasnoyarsk described the second half of the month. At the same time, the last days managed to please the plus temperatures. And judging by the forecasts of weather forecasters, in early March it will become even warmer. In the first two weeks, the temperature will be within the climatic norm, that is, it will range from +2 to -15 degrees. Strong wind gusts are not expected, mainly it will be southwest. It's a different picture in the north. Spring in Norilsk came only according to the calendar - there are still winter frosts on the street. Taimyr is at the mercy of a cyclone, the air temperature drops to -40 degrees. The city is immersed in thick fog. In the coming days, warming will come to Norilsk, and the temperature will rise to -25 degrees, but forecasters warn of possible snowfall. According to preliminary forecast, the warmest day will be March 30. The thermometer rises to minus 10. By the way, the specialists of the forest fire center are already preparing for the fire season. In addition, the geomagnetic situation in the coming month will not be favorable. The strength of magnetic storms can reach 5 points. Meteodependents are recommended to rest more, observe a drinking regime, walk in the fresh air, eat fruits and vegetables and avoid stressful situations. In turn, rescuers remind that the relatively warm days of March can be fraught with danger. Roman Vetchinnikov, Deputy Head of the State Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Krasnoyarsk Territory: "The main danger in this period will be: slope runoff, flooding of lowered areas of the area, overflow of ponds, accumulators, erosion of roads, dumps, the occurrence of ice and congestion on small rivers with a possible rise of water to unfavorable levels." In the same period last year, 14 flooding of residential buildings was recorded. Specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations advise to clear the house territory and neighboring territories from snow and debris in advance. Also clean the drainage channels and drains. In case of a threat, raise supplies from the cellars and collect the necessary documents. It should be noted that such an uncharacteristic situation for March carries not only positive, but also the risks of emergency situations. The Emergencies Ministry is asked not to go on the ice, it is already extremely thin. Also, ice forms on the roads and visibility deteriorates due to heavy rainfall. In this weather, the number of accidents is growing, and avalanches are possible in some areas of the region. But the weather forecast for March is promising: severe frosts do not need to wait, wind and heavy precipitation, too. Just the sun and plus temperatures.
