The incident occurred at about 13:30 on Friday, March 10. On Novostroynaya Street near the house number 31 snow fell from the roof of the balcony on the fourth floor. Two pensioners were injured – a 75-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man. They were not seriously injured. Hospitalization was refused.
