The Talent Summit was held in Abu Dhabi. It was organized by the Sirius Educational Center. Four dozen scientific, creative and cultural events were held for the forum participants. The summit aims to strengthen ties between Russia and the United Arab Emirates. Reporting by Irina Romankova. Russian violinist Pavel Milyukov gives a lesson in Abu Dhabi. The teacher of the Moscow Conservatory is no stranger to conduct master classes, he did it in the Sirius educational center. Well, in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, the musician and his colleagues brought a bilateral “Talent Summit”. “We opened the so-called educational session and presented to the audience, in my opinion, a wonderful master class,” said violinist Pavel Milyukov. This is already a master class in watercolor painting according to the methodology of the People’s Artist of Russia Sergey Andriyaki. But schoolchildren and students from Russia and the United Arab Emirates together solve mathematical problems, play chess, engage in robotics. The Talent Summit is the beginning of a comprehensive cooperation between the Sirius Education Center and the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates. The agreement was signed in February 2025. “The status of the national methodical center, which Sirius has, will also become the status that will probably allow us to implement the agreement in the complex – representing not only science, but sports and art,” said Elena Shmeleva, Chairman of the Council of the Federal Territory Sirius, Head of the Talent and Success Educational Foundation. For ten years, the Sirius Educational Center has been looking for, finding and supporting talented students. And now it shows how to do it in another country. In Abu Dhabi, two and a half times more people came to meet with Russian peers and colleagues than expected. The first scientific and educational forum was completed by a concert of the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra. It includes graduates of the Sirius educational center and two world-class soloists – violinist Pavel Milyukov and pianist Denis Matsuev.
