In principle, the pastime is daytime, not cold, you can safely walk with children, do not strain on very warm clothes. The car was still warmed up, not much changed. In terms of weather, it was definitely comfortable.” However, in some years there were warmer days. For example, January 1, 1979 in Krasnoyarsk was +60. The same temperature was in 1983, but already on the 25th. For comparison, this year the warmest was January 15: +20. There is an opinion that because of the warm winter in the region can come cooling in the spring and in the summer. According to the weather forecaster Dmitry Ulyanov, people should not believe in such cases. Based on scientific evidence, there is no direct link. Moreover, it is impossible to guess for such a long period and assumes what the weather will be, for example, in June. It is possible to predict what the weather will be during the next month. Dmitry Ulyanov, the leading forecaster of the UGMS: For the preliminary forecast of this month, the temperature background is expected to be somewhere 1-2 degrees above the climatic norm. Good positive temperatures are expected in the daytime. I can not give specific figures yet, but so far preliminary from +3 to +10 degrees, probably.” The thaw in the regional center is compensated by frosts in the north of the region. There thermometers throughout the winter steadily dropped to -50. General results in the Central Siberian UGMS will be summed up only next week.
