All this data is necessary for the girl for further legal proceedings related to the sale by the authorities of the Caribbean state of the yacht Alfa Nero. After the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, the ship was forbidden to leave the harbor of Antigua and Barbuda (at that time, the yacht was not sanctioned, this will happen only in August 2022). In 2024, the ship was sold at auction to an unknown buyer. Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov insists on recognizing this transaction as illegal and through courts in the United States, Russia and Antigua and Barbuda Get the boat back. In March of this year, she filed a lawsuit in the arbitration court of the Kaluga region with the requirement to recover from the new owners of the vessel 146.25 million dollars in losses. As the detectives of Yulia found out, now Alfa Nero belongs to the structures of brothers Robert Yuksel and Ali Riza Yildirim, they own the Turkish construction and shipping conglomerate Yildirim Group.
