The review will be held from November 21 to December 12 in nine cities: Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Chelyabinsk, Ozersk, Yekaterinburg, Pervouralsk, Almetyevsk, Izhevsk, Veliky Novgorod and Moscow. The purpose of the forum is to introduce children from socially unprotected families, orphanages and rehabilitation centers to the world of art. The Snow Festival was founded in 2003. During this time, 220,000 children and 85 leading children's theaters and creative associations from all over the country took part in it. The show won the Best Social Projects of Russia award in the Charity category.
